2. Consultations & 1:1 Services
(All functional medicine consultations, coaching sessions, and personalised services)
Payments for consultations and 1:1 services are non-refundable
If you are unable to attend, you may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice
Missed appointments or late cancellations (under 24 hours) are non-refundable and may be charged in full
3. Programmes & Coaching Packages
(Structured programmes, multi-session coaching, or packages)
Refunds are not offered once the programme has started
If a refund is requested before the start date, it may be considered at our discretion
If a payment plan is selected, you remain responsible for completing all payments, regardless of participation
4. Digital Products
(eBooks, guides, downloadable resources, online content)
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final
No refunds or exchanges are offered once access has been granted
5. Exceptional Circumstances
